Description

CROWN WOOD FINISH SANDING SEALER is a single pack, quick-drying clear sealer with good sanding properties but limited chemical and abrasion resistance especially designed to satisfy the porosity of new and bare wood prior to finishing.

Characteristics: Manufactured from a resin-modified Nitrocellulose

Advantages: Fast drying which allows more coats to be applied in a shorter period of time and thus speeds up completion of the job. Easy to apply.

Finish: Matt.

Application: By brush or spray.

Thinning: Supplied ready for use for brush application. Thin up to 50% with Crown Standard Thinner for spray application. Stir well before use.

Drying Times: Surface dry in 10min. Sandable in 30min. Recoatbale in 1hour.

Spreading Capacity: 4 – 8 m²/l dependent on wood porosity

Equipment cleaner: Crown Standard Thinner.

Colour range: Slightly milky Clear.

Pack sizes: ½ litre, 1 litre and 4 litres.

SPECIFICATIONS:

New and bare woodwork and furniture: The wooden surface must be sanded smooth using 150 grit sandpaper and finishing off with 320 grit sandpaper. Dust off thoroughly and wipe with a dry cotton cloth. Apply 1 coat Crown Sanding Sealer.
